Servers are with Softlayer in Dallas TX. Haven’t seen a HyperVM provider for a while and hopefully issues has been ironed out for production use again. The attractiveness of this package would be its 10Mbps unmetered bandwidth at Softlayer. Ruby Ring Tech has been in business for quite a few years (domain registered back in 2007) especially with shared hosting — at least those in the testimony page appear to be small business on typical shared hosting accounts. I think the big changed they made since last time was converting HyperVM to SolusVM (like many others in the industry). Their website migrated a lot since last time I visited it, from WebNX to VolumeDrive to BurstNET/HostNOC. They do have the refund of $2/2 hours of downtime though.
